Corrugated

The history of corrugated metal panels reaches back almost 200 years ago and, having survived the test of time, they still are in demand today – especially for those wanting to maintain a rustic, traditional appearance. Our very durable 2 ½” Corrugated panels are only 26” wide, making them more accommodating for steep-sloped roof installations or one man crews.

  • Panel Coverage: either 21″ (roof panels) or 24″ (wall panels)
  • Rib Height: ½”
  • Rib Spacing: 2″ on-center
  • Steel Thickness: 29 gauge at full hard 80k PSI
  • Substrate: either Galvalume® or Galvanized
  • Energy Star approved Cool Roof pigments in all paint, reflecting at least 25% of the sun’s rays
  • Minimum roof slope: 3:12 pitch
  • Easier to install than 3’ wide panels on steep sloped roofs
  • Corrugated may be installed directly over purlins; no sheathing necessary
  • Panels cut to any manageable length in one inch increments
