Loc Seam is especially popular with insulated buildings because concealing the fasteners greatly reduces the chance that a failed washer will result in an expensive leak. A “concealed fastener” panel not only reduces maintenance concerns by protecting fasteners from the elements, but the smooth design allows debris from trees to wash or blow off the roof easier; reducing frequency of roof cleanings.

We offer two options for panel coverage and gauge sizes: 12” or 16” and 26 or 24 gauge – accommodating a wide variety of roof applications.

Loc Seam

General Specification

Panel Coverage: 12” or 16”
Rib Height: 1”
26 gauge Substrate: either AZ50 (Galvalume®) or G-60 (Galvanized)
24 gauge Substrate: G-90 (Galvanized)
Energy Star approved Cool Roof pigments in all paint, reflecting at least 25% of the sun’s rays
Minimum roof slope: 3:12 pitch
Choose from striations, bead ribs, or a smooth flat-pan between ribs
Recommended that Loc Seam panels be installed over solid sheathing
Panels cut to any manageable length in one inch increments

Jobsite roll-forming is available, which:

allows for longer panel lengths
eliminates the possibility of damage during delivery
eliminates crating cost and inconvenience
